What we send

Gregg Orr Auto Collection dealerships and their employees send text messages about your sales and service visits. That includes appointment reminders and confirmations, vehicle ready notices, follow up on a deal you are working on, and occasional offers you opted in to.

Messages come from a local number assigned to the employee you are working with, so you can reply to the same person.

How you opt in

You agree to receive text messages from us when you:

give your mobile number to a dealership employee in person or on a sales or service form,
enter your mobile number on one of our websites and check the consent box, or
text one of our numbers first.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any vehicle, product or service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Most customers receive a few messages around a visit or a deal. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. Replying UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT works too. You will receive one confirmation text, and then no further messages from that number unless you opt in again.

Opting out of text messages from one number does not opt you out of calls or email from the dealership.
